Motivational Workshops

Stafford & Company empowers and inspires staff to become more innovative than ever before.  We design, in close tandem with management, targeted in-house programs to address issues of motivation, staff morale and social well-being which may be impacting productivity and performance.

Stafford & Company’s model is hands-on and participatory and may consist of any combination of talks, trouble-shooting discussions, and improvisational exercises. We draw on a range of dynamic techniques aimed at infusing employees with renewed confidence and creativity.
